Rusty's 3' XJ Lift Kit

Where is the best place to buy this kit and save myself on some shipping costs? Anywhere local? I need the new rear leaf springs included in the kit as mine have lost any bow shape they ever had to them and the rear end of my jeep is sagging? Shipping is like $100+ on the website I found it on.

I was looking at these kits and the only kit that seems to be cheaper than the rusty's one is only for 2' of lift?

Just to throw my .02 in get a quote from rich at fullsizexjgear on pirate4x4. I got my rubicon express 4.5" leaves through him and they were way less than rusty's.

Given my specific situation (Knowing I need new leaf springs in the rear) what do you guys suppose my best bet would be pricewise? I've already purchased some 31' tires and rims so I'll need at least enough clearance to ride on those.
