its just a roll pin
you can get them at a good hardware store
NEVER re-use the old one. ive seen em' pop out and destroy gearsets.
HOWEVER i couldnt find a roll pin that fit snug enough, so i drilled it out a little, ran a tap through it, and a small bolt. more peace of mind than a roll pin. -
