I would say no way since my 245's rub with some trimming. I would have gotten 265's instead if I planned on trimming/regearing but I knew that my Jeep is 99.5% on the road and I didn't want to spend the $ on new gears on top of my blinging wheels/tires. I am glad I didn't get the 265's as I do not like how my car is on the highway with hills and I would have been more pressed to relocate my flares which I guess wouldn't have been bad though.

If you get bushwackers your going to have to trim. I'm not sure why you don't wanna trim. With a 3 inch lift and bumpstopping 33's will look way better and trimming is not hard at all. As long as you take your time you can make it come out real nice. Take everyones advice here and do it.
