My mom is getting rid of her suburban and we need it gone ASAP! It runs pretty much mintacious at 165k miles. My mom drove it like a grandma. Below is a list:
1996 Chevy Suburban 1500
5.7l Vortec V8 - Runs great and pulls strong, no leaks
Push button 4x4 with 4wd low - works perfectly
4 speed automatic trans - shifts perfect
New 245/75R16 Yokohama Geolander HT-S Tires - probably 3k on them
Just had tune up last fall (plugs, front end stuff, etc.)
9 person seating, rear seats fold down flat.
Leather
Stereo/CD player and 10 disc changer (should still work, we never used it)
ABS
Power seats/windows/locks
Running boards
Alloy wheels
42 gallon fuel tank
Tow package with hitch
Black paint with gray leather interior. snazzy blue pinstripe.
I'm editing this:
We are asking $3000 OBO. KBB price is over 4k for fair condition, but I cleaned it up last week and it really is in better shape then we thought. I would say it is in KBB "good" condition. The interior is pretty darn clean now and the exterior is in pretty good shape except for a small dent or two, a small paint chip on the front of the hood, and the rust on the rear bumper. The frame only has a little surface rust and the body doesnt really have any rust on it. The engine cleaned right up as well and has no leaks. It is a very solid truck and for the year it is in great shape.
Needs:
Front brakes (can be done if purchased)
AC needs a recharge
