im in the same boat as you (house, bills, ect..)

and i havent had a lot of time for my jeep. but im not throwing a ton of money into it. just because i dont use it a lot now, doesnt mean i wont want to use it later. And if i sold my jeep now for some quick cash, i know i could never get one again in the same state for what i sold it for. Its paid for its just hanging out, but it will make a come back.

You should get what you are asking no sweat, i've seen a couple POS XJ's with just a lift and tires go for that.
