yes, they are axle wrapped and they do sag, they are around 4.5 years old. i ran them/wheeled them on my XJ as-is for over a year. i wheeled/drove it with 35s on the jeep for that time with no true issue..im unsure the lift height they net right now.

100 for the 2 of them.

you could run them with like 2 inches of lift and they'd probably be fine.

I'm not sure I even understand what you're asking.

They are replacement leaf springs, that are intended to give you 3.5" of lift. You can run them with whatever lift you want.

I honestly don't know if I can get out that way. If you can get rid of them then do so. Sorry about dragging you along will I just didn't foresee the 96 being such a pain in the ass.
