WTT 35s for 33...FS~>Olympic bumper

I ahve a set of 5 35/12.5 r 15 mtrs that i would like to trade for a set of 33/12.5 r 15 3 have about 50% left..and 2 being 25%or less.

Does the bumper have tie-ins?

that looks to be the jay leno bumper that I have. If it is it does not have tie ins.

I did add tie ins to the frame by welding a 1/4" strap to the bumper that goes to a strong boxed hole on the unibody...yes located in derby ct
