Forgot to add, they are 10" travel... a tick over 25" extended, 15" collapsed.

If I measure from the upper shock mounting location to the mounting location on the axle, it measures 16". They would be damn near collapsed at ride height, and would basically be bump stops and they would be destroyed.

I have the same shock up front though and it actually limits my droop, but in the rear no go.

good for most off the shelf 4.5" kits in front or back

i have run 10"ers with 3" o lift without issue

6.5" is too much for these

Sam if you were able to run 10" with 3" of lift, why am I having an issue with these with 4.5" of lift.

at ride height, from upper shock mounting location to lower shock mounting location, i measure 15". These shocks will not work for me. They would be fully collapsed at ride height.

                        i ran em' in front

in fact i have run 12's up front too. but i had too much flexors

in back with factory shock mounts these are doable at 3" if you know how to setup bumpstops (raised shock mounts are far from stock)
