Long story short i'm driving on the road A LOT more than i had planned and instead of buying a more street friendly vehicle i figured this might work. Anyways, does anyone here have a 3" OME kit they might want to upgrade from? I have the full RE3.5"SF kit about a year old, almost NO off road time on it. Spread the word, i'm not lookin to make money so this should be a good deal for someone. Possible new 32" KM2's and wheels to go as well (dont want to trim much more and i'm not sure if i can squeeze them under an the OME lift.)

yea dude keep the rubicon express stuff.... there's really no reason to get rid of it, just get old man emu shocks and it will soften your ride and save you a hell of a lot of hassle. No worries, I'm not actually back, I'm just reminiscing about the old days.

ive ridden in an OME 3" that doesnt even get wheeled, and lemme tell ya, a solid axle jeep is a solid axle jeep. it is what it is, you wont see leaps and bounds improvement no matter what you do to it really, maybe with long arms or drop brackets and new shocks and such...but even then...3" lift hardly warrants a LA/drop bracket- Will

OME coils are SUPER soft. basically stock rate. the ride in my jeep with the RE3.5 coils and "stiffly" dampened bilstein shocks is way better than the rusty's 150lb/in coils and rusty's shocks, and way better than the ride with bilsteins and the rustys... the soft/hard combo didnt match very well. im actually very comfortable in my jeep the way it is currently, and more importantly, it handles a lot more predictable, even without swaybars, with the "stiffer" suspension.
you never did say you checked your tire pressure.

Too lazy to check right now but for the road they are up there, should be around 35psi. If i go lower for a softer ride, think i'd be lookin at uneven wear?

to check your tire pressure for even wear take a piece of chalk and draw a line on each tire drive it 20 feet on the street. If is completely gone its good, if it is gone just in the center you have too much pressure drop pressure check again, if it is gone on just the sides you have too little pressure inflate check again.1996 xj, waggy 44 front 5.13 gears aussie trussed, 3 links, 3.5" coils, spooled 8.8 rear, 38" tsl sx's, tnt front bumper, jesus freaks rear bumper, Olympic top hat roof rack, bunch of dumb shit
