I might be interested. Just bought an 01 with a 'blown headgasket' for $500. I'd assume the head is cracked as well and it might be easier and cheaper to just swap the entire 4.0 over.

if you can get this 4.0 i'd say go for it, having a head redone would cost as much as 3 or 4 stock motors off the forums not to mention you never know what your short block will be like till you open it up.
