Gauging Interest: Home/Shop in Wolcott

[Not All There]

I will most likely be listing my home soon, its a great home for a gearhead. Below are some pictures. The home itself is a cape which has been opened up, new floors etc. Can use some small things such as counter tops. Then there is the garage/ workshop area. I have used the basement as a small shop, and the two car garage (which fits alot more than two) as storage. Gravel loop driveway with plenty of parking, good for pulling a trailer around. House was appraised today, waiting for numbers to come back, house will be listed soon. Partially fenced in back yard which is great for dogs.

Easy access to dirtbike trails right down the street as well, we used to ride right from the house.

I know alot of people starting to look, so just throwing it on peoples radar. Alot of unique things about it that someone who likes to wrench can take advantage of, over the typical home buyer.

Man, I will be looking for something but not for probably 6 months to a year. Hopefully closer to 6 months. A garage and parking is one of my top priorities.
