2 cj5's for $800. just a feeler post

I have a friend that may be selling 2 cj5's one is a 64 i believe with a decent tub and frame and a 4cyl with twin stick transfer case. the other is believed to be a 68 with a bit more rot on both the frame and tub. it has a dauntless v6 has a plow frame. both are in rough shape and haven't run in awhile. he insists that they ran when they were parked. im gonna try and get up some pics and more info. this is a feeler post just to see if people would be interested. tho i am 99% sure he would sell them. he is trying to get out of some of his projects. he says he would want $800 for the pair of em.

Well I think the one with the good tub is a 64 or 65. The body was repaired with heavy gauge steel. It has a 3 speed manual with 2 stick transfer case. It also has the 4 cyl engine which ran when parked and was "supposedly" rebuilt. The other jeep is a 66 or 67 and it has a 3 speed with a regular transfer case. It has the Dauntless Buick 225 engine and it also ran when parked. Neither have run in about 5 or 6 years. Thats about all I know. You could make 1 good jeep out of the two. Neither one has front fenders though. Ill try to get you some pics but things are hectic with the house being added on to. The earliest might be this weekend.

well they are in a barn right now covered in shit. i saw them yesterday. hes gonna drag em out and clean em up a bit for pics. thats why its gonna take so long. i couldn't even see them when i was there yesterday there was so much crap
