was driving the other day and heard loud banging in back...found the frame on psgr side rotted and leaf spring mount came unglued....i will post up pics later....but im selling it for parts or whole because i have doubt about the rest of the frame now....all that work for nothing....well....pretty much if look at the thread i had on it on NTC youll see pretty much everything on it is in decent shape....ill take best offers on everything....

ended just repairing the frame...now gonna sell it whole...or trade for xj or yj would like to get around two g's for it

I need a rear leaf spring for my brothers truck if they are good. not sure which side, probably buy both

anyways heres a couple pics of the repairs....

drivers side above spring mount...


new crossmember,reattached gas tank support and exhaust hanger...


reinforced front part of gas tank crossmember just got to tap that last bolt on the skid...



plated the end of crossmember,little boogered up but it'll hold,lol ...psgr side



Now...this was the section that broke on psgr side....the leaf spring mount sheared right off...and took 12 inches of frame with it...so i made template and traced around bed mounts and boxed whole thing in 1/4" and burned on good also did pretty much same thing on dr side...wish i took before pics to really show the extent to which it was broken...all in all i think it turned out ok for my first stick welding job....had my neighbor whose a welder by trade look at it to make sure it was safe and he said they will all hold up great...so i learned a little about welding a different way( used only Flux core welder before) and now i just scored a MIG the other day....soooo....who knows from this point ?LOL
