I am selling and have been trying to sell my vdub
I have for sale a Mica Red 1987 Volkswagen GTI 16v. the car has about
126,000 miles on the chassis but only about 26,000 on the motor. The
car has the engine management/ fuel system from a G-60 Corrado known
as Digi 1 alowing you to run an open element filter and fuel rail. The
car runs good but needs a bit of cosmetic work. there have been many
new/aftermarket parts replaced within the last 26,000 miles including:
-Rebuilt motor with about 26,000 miles, received new pistons, rings,
wristpins, rod bearings, full head job with new intake valves, exhaust
valve guides, 3 angle valve job, and ARP Head Studs
-Transmission just replaced with a 2Y close ratio unit with 60,000
miles and installed lightened flywheel, new pressure plate, release
plate, and clutch
-Brand new timing belt, tensioner, valve cover + intake manifold
gaskets, & cam seal
-Both front axles
-Distributor
-Ignition coil
-Neuspeed spark plug wires with beru plugs
-Oxygen sensor
-Power Steering and Air conditiong have been deleted
-Brand new V-Belt
-Oil Pan Gasket
-EBC Green Stuff Front brake pads and EBC Front Sport Rotors
-Low Temp Thermostat
-A3 water outlet and temp sensor
-4 new tires, Cooper Cobra, with less than 6000 miles on them
- FK Badgeless Aero grill and upper grill spoiler
- Euro small bumpers
-Autotech Sport Cams (Not installed)
-New Sony head unit with new infininty front speakers and new eclipse
rear speakers mounted in deck lid (Re-wired whole sound system)
-Car also has a full stainless steel catback Techtonics 2.5" exhaust
with a highflow techtonics cat and a borla muffler.
-And many other misc. parts along with everything else I forgot
-New FK Streetline Coilovers
The Bad:
- The car idles but does not run when trying to drive it. I believe its the TPS that needs to be replaced
- Cars body has normal dings and dents for a 22 year old car. the hood
is painted black and the drivers side fender is a discolored red from
the rest of the car, and there are small amounts of rust in the usual
spots
-Car has no headliner
This car has had many many parts replaced and have thousands of $$ in
reciepts to prove it. the price is 1300 OBO and needs to be sold
ASAP!!

I need a dd. how does it do in snow??? I mean it was made in snow country... but lowered and all that jazz.
