Shitty man, sorry to hear about that. But yea probably best thing would be a fuel cut off, but the horn would be hilarious. Should work out a way to get your power locks to automatically lock as well so you can call the cops and get them arrest next time.1981 CJ8 - old & dumb

I'm going to try the brakes first, I think it will work good.
There is no way cannot drive through a locked set of front brakes.
Every time you touch the brakes they will lock more and more.
You will just sit there an burn out last think a thief wants it to attract attention.
Plus it is not as dangerous if I forget and the engine dies while I'm making a corner.
If I do anything I want it to be a time delay so easy to listen for the fuel pump and then just jump it.
No crank is the easiest to bypass (screwdriver) that most alarms use.
I'll let you know how it works.RCrocs #123 Brown CJ-5

Killswitch is probably the easiest solution. I have a hidden one in my xj and my grandfather has one in his mj and 69 GMC pickup, pretty handy if you can find a decent spot to hide it. Hope you find it in one piece man, maybe find the guys and let Phil handle not keeping them in one piece Haha..Watch your backhoe, I'm the John Deere man.

I'm sure a simple kill switch will work just fine but this is more fun.
I have an auto start so I want it to still work. Plus with the line lock I can use it as an extra E-brake if I have to stop on the hill with a full load, short time obviously or leave the truck running for a sec unattended.
Here is my wiring schematic I drew up using.
First one is mine the second one my friend cleaned it up.
I don't think I will need the resistors or the diodes.
Key on to activate toggle switch to over ride it on plus I'm waiting on relays to come in no auto part stores carry them with the pig tails.
The relay will go straight through to the lock and when tripped with a momentary switch will be self looping to keep the relay on (lock off)
The only issue is if the relay fails it will fail with the lock on.
I'm going to try and place everything in a box over a wiring harness that I will tap into for the power so they cannot bypass it. with just with the wires to activate the relay.
I'm going to add a light to know when the lock is on.
The line lock says only use it for 60sec. however it only uses a 4amp fuse so I don't think it is going to over heat with that little of a draw and I've heard of people leaving them on for a week and didn't kill the battery or the lock, from guys on pirate that use them as parking brakes.
