  • Rock Run Breakage

We spent our anniversary weekend at Rock Run and broke a brand new axle shaft. The stub. Nice anniversary present!
Other than that it was a great weekend (7/30-8/1). The black trails are intense! The rest of the pics can be seen here. http://s211.photobucket.com/albums/b...%20%20%202010/

Yea, like I said it was a great weekend. For an anniversary we did exactly what we like to do. No fancy dinner and dancing for me, EEWW! PB&J sandwiches for lunch on the trail was better than any of that.

The axle shaft has a 10 year warranty, and we just bought it a few months ago, so they will replace it. It is from Ten Factory, a division of Motive Gear.

        At least it wasn't a bent tie-rod!

Pee in one butt, you pee'd in them all. only piece of advice is do it at her place, not yours. Not only can you piss her off by pissing in her garbage disposal, you piss her off when you leave laughing at your art.

The trip itself and the wheeling was indeed epic. The funny part is after all the awesome stuff we did, the wheel popped off when we pulled into a little flat clearing to wait for everybody else. Twas a good thing it came off there instead of on the trail , or even worse on the way home.

And thanks for the compliments, I knew only people like us would understand how I would rather do that than the stupid dinner and dancing thing.
