Is it weird that when I went out to get in my car this morning there was a zip lock bag of candy left on the hood?

I park my XJ on the street about 100' around the corner from my house the bag was left on the driver side hood.

The bag was full of Hersey Kisses, bubble gum, lolly poops, tootsie rolls.

The Hersey kiss had candy canes on them.
