Sweet What are the specs? Is this a new wheeling rig or are you still wheeling your XJ?

It will be a toy/DD for a while. No lockers or lift till later. Fiberglass tub makes for a more expensive lift.

Still have the XJ, she's our everything vehicle just like before. But she needs a break, something wrong with the A/C pulley thing. It squeals like a bitch. It needs an eliminator, any ideas on a fix for that? George was going to try a shorter belt so he can bypass the pulley, but the belt would hit the motor or something.

            Thats a nice cj

For the belt you need a new ac compressor or an idler pulley that bolts in place of the ac compressor.

yup, find a bypass from a 2.5L without a/c. remove a/c and install the bypass. the serp setup wont work well without a pulley them from what ive been told.

UPDATE: He just informed me he's going to go onboard air.

But thanks for that info, I'll keep it in case he changes his mind.

Yes, probably 31's. It won't see trails except for easy ones. Mostly a DD, but the grocery shopping will be a different story. That sucks with little Jeeps.

Thanks! It will look better with a windshield. And George will probably redo the paintjob. The same, just freshened up.

Before i chopped my cj-5 to bits I was planning on doing a Black Diamond 3" lift and 33"s it aint a bad setup price wise.

                              just an FYI i guess.
