take advantage of what benefits your able to get your hands on until you stumble across something, I'm in a very similar situation and it's been 4 plus years since I've been able to work because of my pending case and what not, I had to sell most of my toys and honestly right now I'm at the lowest point in my life. Point of this is there's always someone out there whos got it worse than you so stay positive and do what you can to survive!

The man is trying to say don't fall into a rut. If you get a job offer take it, don't think to yourself, I could be making more money collecting unemployment. Job = benefits, benefits help knock out pregnancy hospital bills. Don't be ashamed to file for state benefits until you can secure a job that provides them. Unemployment runs out, gaps in employment make potential employers leary of what the the hell you've been doing. Long story short stay motivated.

I was a recruiter in technology during the dotcoms and it was stupid Jerry McGuire times...chest pounding, high five, Janes Addiction thumpin in the office doing deal dances galore and struttin' like it was a teflon game...

and then it went south n got all cloak n dagger....dundundun DUUUUUUUN

In a sour job market headhunters are almost shrinks to heavyweights.

And clients are like a coveted no fly zone in a family owned agency.

Did I mention I have had authority issues?

I still can work it on the phones but I prefer Contracting etc. to talkin smack n making friends the hard way headhunting and turning over my clients in a re-org...ehh

I have got to stfu and roll yo so....

If you have a relocation preference consider a relo potentially...

The best part about being young is a lateral or career change is a lot easier.

Once you have the good life its like a sentence to being a hustler for some...

Wait til the kids start saying I don't like that word BUDGET!

A very different vocabulary since 2008 in my world brobro...

I'm on Long Island and have contacts here that will never die so I stay here for bizniz n family stuff. Mom being in Assisted Living after a botched heart surgery solidified that and I don't have unemployment benefits as an option unless I go bankrupt (nice system). Mom n Pops are on the outs and it sucks unless you score a contract as its as tight as a drum on the "street"(socialization is coming my dudes). I'm making a play for some NYC school construction work as well as some "Green" jobs and I may have some big cahuna's on the hook in that attempt...and if you want to play in NY you better know someone here for starters...I've had Katrina drifters on my payroll and they made it

I basically have to play the NYC card or bust. I hope you realize that you are ahead of the curve without having to do loan mods on the house or take a lift ticket into the family chill zone as the bill pile dwarfs Mount Snow over here

I posted my toy list up here for the meet n greet...there's more where that came from and if it includes an '07 Megacab Dually you guys will be on the cue... I doubt that will happen though as my wife's road bike has been used like 10 times in 6 years and its good for at least one payment... My built bicycle from sponsors leftovers and bike shop costs allowed me a sweet bike that would retail over $7K LOL Ya I'm not a spendthrift shiiiiaaaa

Humor is a staple too bro...hang tight you caaaaaaaaaaan do it!

I soooooo do need subtitles so kudos to Bluewarrior!

I keep praying that the pruning is OVER!!! That's a thought dude prayer...

It worked for me yesterday as I scored a $15K gig as a friend I never would have thought was in the moolaahlaah...

                          SIDEBAR Tangent:
A weird byproduct of building a Jeep for my wife that I noticed recently is that when all that "JCR" Blingin armor skid, slider step showed up I didn't hear: "Now how much was that?"

For a Jeep guy that is huge!!! The Waggy is next hombres.....keep the faith, stay humble the doors will open...

I will be available for web conferences with scriptural messages if you wish...shiiiiiaaaaaaaaaa that would be way to tedvangelical of me and judging from the music list a stretch in here

What am I doing here I gotta get to work...

Peace out dudes...hope to wheel it together or mng sooner than later as this digital socialization is primo to a point

Now feel free to light me up
