Computer Help (Before I shoot it)

Ok, I am totally confused about something. It's prolly stupid and obvious to fix, but I'm not a whiz about these things.

We have 4 different users on our desktop, mine is fine. George's however keeps popping up with a dial-up connect thing even though this puter is always connected. Also he can only get this HRJA site and another one we belong to. The other ones he cannot get on. He doesn't use his for anything but the few forums and maybe a little surfing.

We have DSL if that means anything, and I am the admin on this puter.

start, network connections, delete the one that says dial up.

Got it fixed I guess, I discovered some other oddities with George's part on the puter. It only did that on Firefox, not IE. So I went back to FF and typed in the addys instead of using his Bookmark list. It worked that way. But I still got rid of the dial-up stuff because that was probably a factor in the problem.
