There has to be a way to get legal trails open in CT if all the jeepers in CT get togeather we can get some trails open. There is alot of land they could make legal trials.

its easier for the state to just close land instead of regulate it, so thats what they do.

the only legal wheeling in ct is land you own or have permission to wheel on (the law wants written permission)
you can wheel old lesser maintained roads, but then they are not much more than a dirt road and im gonna make fun of you for calling a dirt road wheeling.
