I went wheeling in my backyard a few days ago. a cop pulled up, walked across the porch, onto the lawn, reached in and took my keys. he then asked me to step out of the vehicle. I did. He then proceeded to kick me in the nuts, and after i fell to my knees in pain, he tazerd me in the neck.
