I'm wicked pissed at JC Whitney right now. I ordered 4 BF Goodrich AT KO 33" tires and 4 Pro Comp 1069 15" rims which were to come mounted and balanced to my place. So that was April 21st when I ordered them. Continuous checks on my order status still indicated "Item will be shipped directly from the distributor on 5/1/10." Well guess what JC Whitney, where the fuck is my tire and rim package, it's been almost a month? Nobody in customer service seems to have an answer for me either, apparently they have emailed the distributor twice and they haven't gotten back to them either. Talk about bad customer service, if I didn't get such a great deal on the rim/tire package I definitely would have cancelled my order by now.
