Rabbit tastes great, I end up having them a couple times a year. Tastes like dark meat chicken, they can be a little dry but I usually stew them. I've eaten squirrel before too and those arent too bad either, just usually not worth the trouble dressing them for a pound of meat.

I like rabbits as well. They had some at tractor supply the other day (live ones), we we're gunna buy em and cook them up in the dorm kitchen.
