cause i cook really shitty stuff at work, i tend to stray away from wings and burgers at home.
my bbq skills are pretty intense, esp now cause i'm gonna use that fancy new welder to make a smoker
stuff i make a lot that i love:
-Pannini sammiches with a basic caprese, fresh mozzarella, tomato, fresh basil, i add roasted red peppers and balsalmic vinegar cause thats what i like.
-Chicken Saltimboca, lightly breaded, pan seared chicken breast with roasted red pepper, prosciuto, and mozzarella in a white wine sauce
-Fried Calamari, manhattan style with italian cherry peppers
-Steak, medium rare with twice baked potatoes
-Stuffed Jumbo shrimp, the stuffing is key, lots of good stuff, but basically ritz crackers, butter, spices, and sherry wine
-Pastrami Rueben.... my favorite sammich of all timeNo worries, I'm not actually back, I'm just reminiscing about the old days.
