we have called the town 3 times in the past 2 weeks to clear out the clogged drain across the street from my house and they keep saying "thats not why your basement is flooded"

2-3 years ago when that drain was clogged my basement flooded the same way it is now, and when they cleared it the flooding stopped about 5 hours later

My school is a 1' above sea level and most of the common areas are underwater. The bike is on higher ground so it should be fine. Honestly I wish this storm washed out some of the classrooms but I haven't been so lucky. Can't wait to go home Thursday and play in my kiddie pool of a Jeep; anyone have swimmies I can borrow?

just about everything but my house is leaking... the garage at the house and my other garage in providence both have leaky roofs... both the full size chevy and the sonoma are leaking water from around the heater box... the chevy not so much but it pours into the sonoma... ive been keeping a trash bag under the leak in that, had to empty it out this morning cause it was full.... and the door seals on my girl's blazer are bad and the seats got soaked...
