Windows 7 over Vista

I gotta reformat my laptop very soon here and get a fresh start.
Is it worth my time/money to upgrade to windows 7?

How much more difficult will it be to do this?

All have seen is problems with 7, and not your normal windows problems. All new stupid problems.

I never really had a problem(except being perceptible to viruses) with Vista, besides that it ran awesome.

big problems with the graphics package on them and loading software.

3 of the guys I work with had 7 computers and the OS is hosed.

I trade with 4 other guys that had the same problems.

I personally havent used it since the beta which I did like.
