I may have a 4.0 out of a 99 grand cherokee. Was gonna use it as a spare, but if you need it I can probably part with it. Very solid motor, just needs a head gasket. Never overheated either, just had low compression in cylinders 3 and 4, so the head gasket is going in between them. 100$. Let me know
