one of my friends has those. i don't think he was trying to quit though, i think he just bought them for the heck of it.
i had my first cigarette at 15. i guess you could say i smoke ..0-a few a day, but i've never felt hooked. i can go days without one and not even think about it.

i started at 13 im 21 now and i used one patch for 24 hours and after that just quit cold turkey. its been a month now and i havent smoked. i find its helpful to act like im smoking a cigarette at times. i take one of my dads and puff on it but dont light it. it just helps with feeling the physical action of smoking.Watch your backhoe, I'm the John Deere man.Comment

The reason I started there was cause it was so boring sometimes it gave me something to do. I always dabbled with it and my better friends in my class did it so i started doing it more. and of course they would give us smoke breaks, so of course i picked it up more and more. and by the way my college classes were like high school. my roommate used to smoke a lot... then i kept breaking his cigs til he literally was too broke to afford more. he hit me... a lot... but it made it stop smoking lol
he'd wear one on his ear like a hipster and id walk up to him, smack the side of his head, and run away.

My Brother in law has the electronic sigs with vapor and he has cut back so much in smoking. It gives him the cig fix but he can do it any where. he loves it and says it was completely worth it.Lady bugs don't like it when you paint stripes on them
