its def my favorite one. also weird fun fact (kinda): the artist that did it freehanded it, it was his first set of footprints and he actually died like a little over a week after it was done..
my sleeve is a memorial basically and so far ive got a portrait of the twin towers with all the smoke and whatnot and ive got a sick frog for my uncle who passed away. he loved frogs and collected all kinds of frog shit. the whole things gonna be in black and grey
Did you loose someone in the twin towers? I wasn't sure if that's where the uncle came in to the picture or not...Or are you a cop or firefighter?
I have one and trying to design my second. Can't decide if I want to do color or not. Never really been a big fan of color to begin with but might need it to make the design make sense.
I once had a 93 XJ, 4.5" o' lift, 33" TSL Super Swampers, 8.25 rear Detroit locked. 2,000 Lb Steering. Custom rockers, Sam's old Bumpah. Cherry Bomb BITCH. SOLD
I love them both but the more meaningful one is the one on my back for my roommate that passed away
the one on my ribs hurt like HELL. i had my back pierced twice, my bellybutton four times, and gotten the back tattoo before, and added onto all previous to this....the ribs KILLED.
I have two, the closer to the arm pit the more it started to hurt. Been tryin to get over to the shop to have my artist start workin on some more on my left arm but been too damn busy. Workin on a half sleeve.

just recently i lost one of my best friends in afghanistan. he joined the marines shortly after the towers were hit. my cousin is also over there fighting because of the war the attacks brought on, hes on his 3rd tour. seeing as thats the reason my friend lost his life/ was fighting over there and how it changed america i thought it was fitting to be a focal point on the sleeve. you can ask almost anyone exactly where they were and what they were doing when they heard the towers got hit and they can tell you, you know? its just one of those things you remember.

see my ribs really werent all that bad. the worst was close to my armpit and the inside of my bicep. wrist and back of the neck felt good.
dana- sweet tattoo man. wrenches are sick in black and grey.

The ribs is a tender spot, expecially if you don't have much meat on them. However after having my rib tattoo done i would have to agree more with corey, the ribs are nothing compared to the arm pit. The higher on the ribs my artest went the more tender it seemed to get.
my sleeve goes well into my armpit it does nto hurt as bas as the outside of your elbow OR on the inside of your elbow. my god, try sitting with your arm bent at 90 degrees an having someone go over your elbow 3 times. and the inside of your bow... the skin is so soft there the needle was bogging down.. hurt so bad after

i guess it all depend on the person and where their thinest/most tender skin is. Personally i have had so many injuries to the arms, elbows etc. that they would be tattooing over thick scar tissue. not as painful (for me) as under the arm where the thin skin on top of bone has never been exposed to outside elements or injuries. I've heard many people say top of foot hurts for this reason.
I have heard other people say inside of elbow hurts aswell.
