                    My brother told me a story awhile back about this dude who was famous among nukes in the Navy for building a reactor in his backyard to power the house or some shit like that. He ended up getting imprisoned for it.

                      The first reactor was built under the stadium of the football field in Colorado.

                        My friend from the navy was in town this past week, and this kid asked him what happened to the ship if the nuclear reactor stopped working. He wanted to know if their were diesels to back it up. To which my friend responded, "if the nuclear reactors stop working we have bigger fucking problems than how the ship is gunna move."

                              They actually do have a giant ass deisel that is the reactors "backup".
