You cant really judge a situation until youre in it. I was in a relationship were I was cheated on the entire time and just completely brought down because I was told I didnt have nice enough things, I didnt have enough money, he would BLATENTLY look at other girls when I was right next to him..etc...basically he should have been nominated to be on tool academy I literally cried at least 5 nights a week.

Looking back, yeah it was effing stupid to stay with him and waste my time...but when youre in that situation...youve put SO much effort into making it work, you dont want to admit its done. Something you put your all into you want to see something come out of. You work really hard at something and want so badly for it to turn out ok so it all worth it. And you just get completely wrapped up in it and cant see anything else...

Its the only way I can try to explain situations like that....you learn from it definitely. Thank God hahaha But yea...just tossing in the other side of shitty relationships haha

^^ Learning the hard way - by experience. Unfortunately most of us need to go through this to get to the other side.

Having been in good and bad relationships....what I will say is that a good relationship doesn't take that much work. Trust, respect, honesty, etc...are all very easy and low stress when present....check out the definition of "wholesome" - what a relationship should be.

Lying, cheating, etc...takes a lot of work, generates a lot of stress, and become easy to recognize after you have prior experience.

i just could never put myself in a situation where cheating occurs...i don't think it takes much to not cheat...if you want to be with someone, you dedicate yourself to them and they are the only person you want to spend your time with and be with...i think it takes MUCH more to cheat, like dogman said...
