How it is your side project if it's your friends car? Are you tuning it?

my friend has one that makes about 750hp. We'd be on the highway doing like 70 and he'd down shift and punch it and all 4 tires would break loose.

my bro has an 06 MR. Pretty bad ass car. He's got a dyno tuning date set up for april, and before then hes doing cams, downpipe, test pipe, cat back, intercooler, cold side pipe kit, and possibly a few other things. He wants like 360 or so WHP on the stock turbo. I think he'll get it. I used to have a trans am and since getting the jeep, I lost my sense of speed, lol. Riding in his car feels rediculous after being used to the TJ!
2006 Rubicon - high rock bumper, warn 9.5ti, and lots of stockness....for now...

Sorry about the delayed response....work has been killing me...

My part in that evo is trying to fix all the issues with it since the kid has no idea what he's doing. Plus I have to buff it in the spring since it has the nice shade of california fade. A buddy of ours is doing the tuning on the dyno....

                            And 4g63's are fail-tacular, just like 6g72s

Whatever happened to the 283, 350, 360 etc. Or even the 3.0L, 4.0L, 7.4L. At least those names meant something pretty obvious. Now it's like oh we're doing a tqjv83fr3412 swap this weekend wanna help?
