I'm as guilty as anyone as far as not being informed, but for some reason this article got me thinking.

Get your asses involved. If we aren't on the offensive, we will lose everything. Not only on the east coast, EVERYTHING.

I'm going to try and make an effort to do this myself, I suggest everyone else do the same.

I apologize if I sound like a land use dickhead, that's not what I'm aiming for.

    Read all the articles.

Problem is our actions for these atrocities must come in a physical form, but most aren't willing to do it.

The OHV community will always be the minority because of it.

      man that sucks

I feel like its a losing battle. When I first bouhgt dirtbikes for my kids I realized thing had changed since I was younger -or at least I became aware.

We all have quads now and a trailer to get them from spot to spot. These "spots" are hard to find -mostly friends and relatives with land.

When they get a little older I will buy a couple hundred acres out in nowhereville just for fun.

I feel the same way about firearms... collect them while you can!

Except the firearm lobby is a sizable force in our Government...

True, but I don't trust it. Being the minority rights will be slowly taken away one little piece at a time for popularity or money.

          state land
Wheeling of any type is definately harder -especially around here where there is not a ton of unpopulated legal land.

One day I will have space and invite friends. Was looking at 72 acres in canterbury not too long ago

I have always explored respectfully and tried not to bother or intrude. On the rare occaision I lose the trail and accidentally trespass I am quick with a handshake and an apology. This usually results in a new friendship and sometimes permission to return. Unless its a ranger, then I get a free pass to disappear.

Actually there are legal wheeling roads in local to me state forrests. Yep, town managed state land. Great for a ride through the woods with no trouble -perfectly legal for registered riggs. Only problem is your average 4x4 can make it without issue down 90% of the trails.
