  • tire fell off wheel

    turns out my front drivers side tire leaks more than i thought, so i went wheeling in the snow today and slid and it pulled off my tire, anybody had to fix this on the trail before, it's still out there as i type this so i really need help.

    what? please be clearer. did you pop the bead or tire off of the rim completely?

          pry bars.... its a tsl, so it will proly just slide on....

          then some starting fluid and a match... happy doo daa day

            x2. if you are home typing this might as well bring soap or something to lube the bead a bit and a few pry bars. it'll be back on in no time. then you just need a couple more beadlocks

              X3.......WD-40 works well for lube.

                      tried pry bars and still couldn;t get the 2nd bead over the lip or the rim, brought it to evb and had it remounted

                          glad ya got it back, starter fluid works great to seat bead's (dont need much at all in the tire), if its off the bead then your going to need to use 2 tire iron's to get it back on my hand. dont use lube, friction is your friend when hand mounting like that.

                            Ive used lube ( soapy water ) every time ive mounted a tire by hand and it always helps...

                              I ended up bringing it to get mounted at a shop a buddy drove me there. It was to cold to be fucking with everything in the woods, and I tried using lube and yes it made it much harder
