  • R/C scx10 chassis kit and toyota scale body

i got the scx10 trail chassie for christmas and the handbrother steering kit.

i took a bunch of pics of the build of the chassie. also just picked up the origional tamiya scale toyota body.

the kit, and my ax10 crawler

steering kit, which converts it to panhard and 3 link.

    what i started with

    building the new chassie

front axle bracket to conver for 3 link and parhard

    rear end mocked up

    completer truck on new chassie

painting and assembling the tamiya toyota body

not pics of it on the truck yet still gotta mount and figure out body posts.

I love that body style. I need to find a 1st gen P/U. Tamiya makes some bad ass models.

Other than your painted lines making you out to have Parkinson's, nice work. Im not sure I'd take a comp style crawler down to make a scaler but to each his own. RCM is going to be starting the rock/obstacle course soon.
