    Jeep & their fail-tastic marketing ways...

    So...last night Will & I were watching TV when that new Jeep commercial came on...and we started discussing how horrible Jeep's marketing campaign is. We have decided that Will and I are going to take over Jeep's marketing department and start creating some real, bad ass commercials...we just need to find a way to get hired

    In case you don't know what I'm talking about, here are some horrible examples...most of them are 'family-oriented,' which yes, is good, but at the same time, none of these appeal to most of the people on this forum, who, hey guess what? drive Jeeps.

    yeah, the fact pickup truck commercials are way more hardcore imaged than jeep commercials ever are is a sad fact

    their marketing campaign is always the friendly happy go lucky family image direction, and i dont know why.

        seriously I have seen a few of these new ones and everytime I do I die a little inside. they are horrible. I remember that 2007 one and I really like that one.

            that makes sense.

            jeep should be taking notes from subaru as far as advertising.

              concurred! well from subarus performance division at least (impreza wrx stuff)

              the other cars are gay sauce!

              hell, dodge had a bad ass ram campaign...why cant jeep have a bad ass rubicon campaign?

                The ram challenge was probably by far the best campaign for a vehicle I have ever seen. and thats not just because Im a dodge fan.

                  right, the wrx and sti commercials are pretty well made/thought out. everything in advertising stands on one thing, 'know your audience.' even though the fozzy and legacy commercials arent as awesome, subaru knows who is buying each model of car, and why.

                  maybe tony and the gang over at fiat will help the clueless fat cats in toledo make something a little more... snazzy.

                        I never seen the frogger one. hahaha I died laughing.

                        Will make a video of some nicer, clean, not beaten up jeeps doing some climbs and shit and make it a legit comercial and send it into jeep.
