So here is the story. 1/2 of this new house is on a slab and the other 1/2 is on a full foundation w/floor joists. I arrived on site after the deck was finished BTW. So in the kitchen, there is a 3/4" hump in the floor where my boss didn't shim the sill plates that bolt to the foundation like you are supposed to. Hardwood flooring goes in, kitchen cabinets go in. Granite guys come to install counter tops, say no f-ing way it's 3/4" out of level because the floor is fucked up, as the homeowner's wife is standing around the corner. She comes out and sees that indeed, shit is fucked, so she asks me whose fault it was. I said " Not mine. This floor deck was already done when I started working here." So she says "So it's the guys who put in the foundation and floor?". Coutertop guy says "Of course it is. Who ever did that clearly doesn't know what they are doing" unaware that it's my boss the GC. So right then my boss happens to walk in, lady goes ballistic on him, threatening to find someone else and what not. Apparently she told my boss I said it was his fault, so the piece of shit fired me on the spot. Owes me $1800 too mother fucker.
wow, ok , thats fucked up. Well, from past experiences, ive found ways to get back at companies that is legal and will keep your ass from getting introuble.
For example, working at Restaurants, lots of food and health safety violations, I could have called the Department of health and had their license pulled, also they served alcohol to minors on a couple occasions , could have got their liquor license pulled and fined.
Another company, didnt properly dispose of hazmats and lots safety hazards, could have called OSHA and fucked em over.
Does your boss's company comply with all safety and regs that go into building houses? Does he do anything illegal or shady that could land him introuble? Report his ass.
Doing something illegal ( ie killing him, burning down his house, fucking his shit up ) might bring you satisfaction but if you get caught, the consequences will outweigh the good.
I knew a guy that if he got fucked over landscaping he'd spray the trees he planted with bleach and or diesel fuel, an/or throw big bundles of peatmoss in their pools.

Just straight up fuck him up. Be realistic though, knock in a few teeth...make sure he'll be pissing blood for a few hours, if he tries to run, chase him down and land your kick in a downward motion right behind his knee(that'll keep him out of work for months..i.e. torn ACL if you do it right) If he doesn't run, make sure to bust his jaw. Most important, have fun. Nothin more rewarding than some payback.

X2 this is how I'd go about it, besides petty vehicular vandalism.
Pretty much every company has shady things they do that all the employee's know about but don't say chit about.
