rubicon 44 housings suck balls, i had a front jk 44 for while theyre cast steel or somethin... and yeah theyre a beefy axle but why not have JK spec 60's thrown into the mix?

If i wasn't payin if it broke yeah i would but if i had to pay if it broke I would def prefer a 60...... but you add bigger tires and probably close to 350 to 400 horse and your gonna start finding weak links in the jk 44's pretty damn fast...

Exactly thats why now they have an over 3k pricetag. i got lucky with that though and made some decent money. they still have pretty small axle tubes up front 2.5 inches OD and throw the weight of a v8 above that and a trans to handle the v8 and theyll start getting pretty heavy and housing problems will arise again maybe not in the form as extreme as before though

If it is a HEMI its a 5.7 and if its a Hemi SRT8 its a 6.1 or the supposed new 6.4L. 5.9 not made any more.

Supposedly the Compass, patriot an commander were supposed to be dropped and the Wrangler and Grand cherokee were to stay and no mention about the libby staying or going.
