Everyone assumes refusing the breath test makes it terribly hard for the officer to proove you were drunk.

1. Refusing only makes you look guilty in the judges eyes, not innocent
2. Who are they more likely to believe, the trained officer or some idiot that was just arrested?
3. They will use the field sobriety tests and driving behaviors before they pulled you over to further proove you were drunk

If it was so easy to get off DWI then why are so many people arrested for it? It's near impossible to beat the DWI system.

If you do get charged with it you have a few options you can get drug and alcohol education program which is a year and wipes it you also have accelerated rehabilitation which is the same deal. But these are your one shot get out of jail free cards. If you are under 18 you also have youthful offender.

Canada passed a bunch of laws a couple years back that basically cracks down hardcore on anyone that gets arrested for drugs and/or alchohol related charges. One of which denies any person from another country with the above charges from entering.

It was actual a game me and my buddys put together. See who can take the most shots and then run over the most children. Im sad to say I was beat by 3 1/2 children and one grandma.
