America is taking Giant leaps towards Socialism every week it seems. I am very angry about this one too. Its a bunch of bullshit, if a parent wants to have thier kids ride they should be able too. I was riding at 5 years old and loved every minute of it. This will put our already suffring economy in to even more trouble and it will make lots of familys very upset. FUCK YOU GOVERMENT!!!

they banned them because of the lead battery's. they can put a different battery in and the bikes wont be banned anymore. i think the industry will adapt for the american market. still dont agree because i dont know any kids who have attempted to eat a motorcycle battery but seems easily fixable

I read about this on another forum im on. a guy couldnt get a part for his 250 dirtbike cuz it was the same as the 50 or something gay
