      Yes and no in CT, they have some kinda law in CT that protects individuals even if they signed a non compete, that nullifies the non compete if it disrupts your income.

            can you sell anyone your idea/product? i've seen tons of great techs, but they lacked salesmen abilities. i've seen great sales people, get them behind the keyboard and try and implement what they pitched.. forget about it. there is always room for someone else. tons of it companies come and go. somethings i hate are billing issues with clients and office politics. i've been doing tons of thinking on this very subject.
