Did you do all the design and coding for your site and if so what software did you use? (just curious)

i created the entire site from scratch via:

        Photoshop CS3
        Fireworks CS3
        Dreamweaver CS3

        in that order process

You ever use CF? (not that it really applies to a site like yours)

Yup. It's designed for rapid enterprise application development. It uses ColdFusion Markup Language (CFML), combining all the best features of ASP, JSP, and PHP while resembling HTML in syntax. You can use it to code any site, but it's best for databases, client/server management, data retrieval. This guy I know codes with it and he does everything from your site to F-500 corporate internet and intranet sites and back end applications.

I just looked up the price, which is $5,000. Almost as bad as pro engineering apps. Fuck you stupid software companies; I don't have 5 grand for a single seat.

im a visual/design guy first, a coding guy a distant second, so that explains my lack of CF understanding, haha

You are doing better than most people that have art skills. Usually it's either art skills or the ability to read/write basic code and troubleshoot HTML, not both.
