I believe the word you are looking for is "where" and not "were".
There are only two known legal places to wheel in CT on public land. And they are nothing more than old fire roads. The only place you can wheel in CT is on privately owned land, if you have permission to be there. The places you found in new milford are illegal and are frowned upon. Illegal wheeling hurts the 4x4 community, making it harder for public land to be come legal to wheel on, and giving offroaders a bad rap.

the place in new milford is legal my buddy knows the owner we have permission but he doesnt like us to bring alot of people. And i found some other spots were we got permission from the owner in brewster ny. there is good spots in newmilford that are illegal but there hard trails and you dont get bugged there also theres nothing that says you cant be there.
