    has anyone ever driven up mt. washington? i've seen tons of bumper stickers over my life time, just wondering if it was worth a weekend?

      worth a weekend if you are hiking it.

      but if you just wanna drive up it, find something else to do for the other 3/4 of that day and the rest of the weekend.

      better go soon though, almost time for them to close for winter (if they havent already)

            i hiked tuckerman ravine last year at mt washington. that was very cool. and by cool i mean fucking freezing

              tuckerman is supposedly the quickest and is the most popular route to the summit.

              i hiked it when i was 12 and didn't complain

                  it is the quickest, its only like 2.5 miles or something. it was -30 degrees and 60mph winds though with 3 feet of snow and avalanche warnings. still kicked ass riding back down

                    I believe Dillon hiked it 2 or 3 times. The first time took somewhere around 15 hours. Sounds like a good time if you like to hike.

                              I have driven up it twice. Its an ok ride up.
                              2000 XJ with goodies soon to be in pieces
                              1999 XJ will get most of the 2000XJ doodads.
