    They aren't really. Most people I've met are the gym want to help so your exercising the right way so you don't hurt yourself and get the most out of your workout.

      dont be a puss, i started milling a week and a half ago and ive already lost 10 lbs, eat better food, watch fat and calorie content, and drink lots of water

        x2 to that. i stopped playing lacrosse and doing track halfway through highschool and now im 30lbs heavier at about 205, oh well.

        maybe tmrw ill go to the gym...........

          I get my exercise everyday! The first day back to softball im sore (except this year w/ our crazy coach) but then im good. The elliptical isnt bad, and that usually doesnt make you sore after a long break from using the gym. The treadmill would, especially shin splints and what not.

            Ive been working out pretty hard for the last 4 weeks and it still sucks. 630 am all conditioning practice sucks

                              I have been lazy lately, i am closing my gym account with cause i never use it and i am gonna start using my mt bike at home with a trainer so i can get ready to start riding this summer. To me that has always kept me in shape. I would like to loose about 10 or 15 lbs, and i think id be happy, i have been at steady 203 for a year now and id like to bring that down a bit.
