wow . . . they threw the book at that guy. my friend ran from cops goin faster than a hundred and got away. but they arrested him at his house an hour later and all he got was community service and one criminal charge that was agreed to be expunged from his record 3 years later. and in my stupider days i've ducked from cops with my lights off before haha. i guess nj cops r nicer2 tj's
