  • To 42, or not to 42....

I found some 42 tsl tires. If the price is right I'm considering them.

    Would you?
Tell me why not if why not.

    no.

extra strain for not much extra gain

42s are for wow factor IMO on most rigs.

not much you do on a 42 that you cant do on smaller

42's are overkill IMO, i would stay in the 37-39 range so there is still somewhat of a challenge

Irok, tsl sx, pitbulls, or tsl. Ideally a 38-39. A 36 or 37 would work. Anything in a 16.5" rim.

Or if the tires come with 16 or 17" rims, 8 lug, then I'll take pretty much any mud terrain or better.

              get the 42's

              MONSTAH TWUCK

              keep in mind though

your fenders and body will look fuckin goofy after all the trimming and cutting and hacking if you ever decide to go back down to a more practical tire size.

              and i fuckin hate tsl's

if i lifted mine more to run 42's a wheelbase stretch would be in order.

the higher cog from more lift and the 42's would bring the suck. unless you weighed about 600lbs like a sami
