how to get rid of a junk transmission?

worked fine when pulled 2 years ago

fluid still in it. input shafts rusty from sitting out in the rain

but it was beat to shit on 37's for about 2 years and 50k miles and nobody wants it.

how do i get rid of stuff like this? toss it in a random dumpster?
