I voted 2 for the background and the way the car looks more as it you are taking a nice turn with the tail sliding out versus the second one looks like the car won't keep a straight line and not so much like you are coming out of a turnComment

i dont find the driver being visible awkward at all... the intent of the photograph is to show the vehicle being driven.
i like the pic you just put up will, but what sucks about a silver car is that unless you have a nice black road it doesnt pop. the sky is a nice contrast but the road ruins the pic. BUT you can fix that
